Returns & Refunds.

Cadette Jewelry pieces are handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of your delivery at allison@cadettejewelry.com to arrange the return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days once the order has arrived back at Cadette's studio location (below).

Please note that all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or issued in store credit according to the customer's preference.

Please note the following items that are not eligible for return: rings, engraved pieces, and any pieces with signs of wear (scratches, marks, etc).

All Cadette Jewelry is diligently designed and handmade for long-lasting wear. If your jewelry breaks due to hardware failure or defect, please contact me and I'd be happy to discuss repairing options.

As Cadette Jewelry pieces are handmade to order, this requires 2-6 weeks for production as soon as payment is received, plus shipping time. For any urgent requests, please email allison@cadettejewelry.com before placing your order.

Canada Shipping:
Orders placed within Canada ship at $12-$20 depending on location, via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with Delivery Confirmation so that it may be trackable. Delivery takes 1-15 business days.

USA Shipping:
Orders placed to the USA ship at $15-$30 depending on location, via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA 
with Delivery Confirmation so that it may be trackable. Delivery takes 7-15 business days.

International Shipping:
Orders placed internationally ship at $25-$85 depending on location, via Canada Post Tracked Packet International with Delivery Confirmation so that it may be trackable. Delivery takes 10-20 business days.

Please note: Cadette Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that may occur during transit, thank you for your understanding. If you would like to choose a different shipping carrier, please email allison@cadettejewelry.com.

Important: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that Cadette Jewelry is not responsible for – it is up to the buyer to look over these potential fees. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods listed on the website, or shipping costs. Cadette Jewelry is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
