Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES:

All Cadette Jewelry pieces are made-to-order with a 6-8 week turnaround time, PLUS the shipping transit time: 

  • Canada: 2-3 business days
  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • International (outside of North America): 7-10 business days


*IMPORTANT information for all customers outside of Canada: Engagement ring orders are high value and therefore, once your package leaves our Canada-based studio and is in transit to you, the courier may contact you (on behalf of US or International Customs) to retrieve additional ID information as well as payment for duties and taxes owing. This is standard protocol and it is imperative that you reply immediately to avoid delays or your package being returned to us. In the event that the package is returned to us, the customer must look over additional shipping fee to re-send the package.


SHIPPING RATES AND LOCATIONS:

We ship domestically and internationally* (countries listed below) from our studios in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Canada: $20-$50
  • USA: $40-60
  • International (outside of North America): $75-$150

Please note: The majority of our pieces are made-to-order and require 6-8 weeks to complete. But we also have a selection of ready-to-ship pieces that are in-stock and ship within 7-10 business days once your order is placed.

SHIPPING PROTECTION:

The customer has the option of adding and purchasing Shipping Protection (shipping insurance) to their order upon check-out, to protect your package in the unlikely event that it is lost, stolen or damaged. We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection.

If you do not purchase Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or damaged, we will do our best to assist you but Cadette Jewelry is not responsible or liable once your package has been shipped.

Please note that Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
