The Rowan Necklace is a contemporary necklace design that embodies the beauty of harmony. It features Cadette’s signature, hand-sculpted hook closure that separates freshwater pearls on one side and chain links on the other. The combination of both – lustrous pearls and sleek metal – depicts the magnificence that lies in unexpected juxtaposition and duality.
This piece can also be worn in numerous ways: the side of pearls in front, the side of chain in front, or the clasp front and centre for the dual effect. This versatility allows you to style your necklace differently depending on your mood or outfit of the day. INSPIRATION: The Rowan Necklace’s sculptural clasp draws inspiration from the majestic trees around us. Whilst carving the design’s prototype, I looked to tree bark and branches as a reference, aiming to capture a similar natural and organic spirit.
