SENSORY JOURNEY | a holistic experience for you to honour & explore your divine senses.

Join Allison Asis of Cadette Jewelry and Aliana Comeau of The Mindful Guide for a nourishing experience designed to invite you deep into exploring all of your senses. We will be experimenting with sound meditation, somatic breath, intuitive movement and creating an heirloom bracelet crafted with Rose Quartz or Moonstone. During this small and intimate gathering, enjoy connecting with community as well as your innate creativity to co-create this experience with one another.
