First, measure the circumference of your wrist (the measuring tape / tool being used should be held securely around your wrist, not loosely). Once determined, select your most suitable size:

• 6" wrist: 7" bracelet
  
• 6.5" wrist: 7.5" bracelet
• 7" wrist: 8" bracelet
